The crew behind American Financial Resources (AFR) is looking for a Strategic Account Representative to extend the impact of Account Executives and cultivate and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers. This role will partner with account executives to provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and efficient operational support, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the wholesale channel.
In this role you will…
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
- Proactively address broker inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently or escalating as needed.
- Use strong communication and customer service skills to assist with incoming inquiries from consumers, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively.
- Regularly update and educate brokers on product changes, rates, services, technology, and program updates using email, calls, or other communication platforms.
- Assist in crafting and distributing marketing and informational materials about mortgage products.
- Collaborate closely with account executives and team members to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Participate in team meetings to share updates, provide feedback, and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Apply product and program knowledge to answer broker questions confidently and make appropriate recommendations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track broker interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.
- Work closely with account executives and other team members to align on goals, share updates, and ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently, ensuring no client requests fall through the cracks.

- Have a well-rounded understanding of the mortgage industry, specifically in the wholesale channel.
